Skool Radar AI · Last updated: October 18, 2026

Skool Radar AI ("the extension", "the service") is provided by Nexus Digital Marketing LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us"). It keeps a Google Sheet that you own up to date with the members, trials, payments, failed payments, cancellations and activity of the Skool communities you administer. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and how you can delete it.

Skool Radar AI is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Skool.

1. The short version

2. What we collect and why

DataWhyWhere it is stored
Account details: your email address and a password for your Skool Radar AI account. To identify you and link your communities and Google Sheets to your account. Our backend (Supabase). The password is stored as a hash by our authentication provider.
Skool session: the session cookies of your own Skool account (auth_token, aws-waf-token, client_id) and your browser's user agent. So the service can read your community every 30 minutes without asking for your Skool password, even when your browser is closed.Encrypted in the extension (AES-256-GCM, key wrapped with our RSA public key) and stored only as an encrypted envelope. It is decrypted only in memory by our reader process while it reads your community, and never written to logs.
Community data read from Skool pages you can already see as an admin: member names, emails, profile links, join and cancellation dates, membership answers, plan, payments and failed payments (amount, card brand and country, decline reason), course progress, last activity, points and posts. To build the CRM and the event log in your Google Sheet, and to send the webhooks you configure. Not stored by us. It is processed in memory and written directly to your Google Sheet.
Google Sheets connection: an OAuth connection to your Google account, limited to creating and editing the spreadsheets used by the service. To create your Sheet and write the data to it.Managed by our integration provider, Composio, on our behalf. We never see your Google password.
Technical counters: which communities you connected, when they were last synced, how many Skool pages were read per hour, and short error codes. To run the sync, stay within Skool's rate limits and show you the status in the extension. Our backend. These records never contain member data.

3. Webhooks you configure

If you add a webhook URL in the Webhooks tab of your Sheet and switch an event ON, the service sends that event (for example, a trial cancellation, including the member's name, email, phone answer, country and profile link) to the URL you entered. You decide which events are sent and where. Each delivery is recorded only in your own Sheet (Webhook log). We do not keep copies.

4. How we use the data

Only to provide the features you asked for: reading your communities, keeping your Sheet up to date, sending your webhooks and showing the sync status in the extension. We do not use your data or your members' data for advertising, profiling, selling, or training machine-learning models, and no human at our company reads it, except when you ask us for support and give us access, or where the law requires it.

The use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
