How often does my Sheet update?
Every 30 minutes, even when your computer is off.
Does it change anything in my Skool community?
No. Skool Radar AI is read-only: it never posts, messages, removes or charges anything.
My connection says "expired".
Open Skool in Chrome while logged in and click the extension: it reconnects in one click. This happens if you log out of Skool.
A webhook shows an error in last_status.
Check that the URL is correct and starts with https://, and that your automation (GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make…) is published. The Webhook log tab shows the response of each delivery.
How do I disconnect or delete my data?
Disconnect from the extension popup and your Skool session is deleted immediately. To delete your account, email us. See the Privacy Policy.
